The ingredients needed to make Teriyaki Beef:
  1. Get Beef thin , cut to gm
  2. Make ready Sunflower oil
  3. Prepare Onion , thinly sliced
  4. Get Red pepper , halved , seeded and cut to
  5. Take pepper Green , halved , seeded and cut to
  6. Get Spring onion , to garnish

  8. Make ready soy sauce Dark
  9. Get Rice wine
  10. Take Caster sugar
  11. Prepare Salt pepper and , as needed
Instructions to make Teriyaki Beef:
  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice wine, caster sugar, salt and pepper. Toss the beef strips in the marinade and cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Remove the strips from the marinade and reserve the marinade. Heat the oil in a pan, add onion, red and green pepper and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil and stir fry the strips for 10 minutes or until just cooked through.
  4. Return the onion  mix to the pan with the reserved marinade and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with the spring onions before serving.
