The ingredients needed to make Beef Stroganoff:
  1. Get 200 grams beef
  2. Get 80 grams shimeji mushroom
  3. Get 1/2 yellow onion (cut coarsely)
  4. Take 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  5. Take 1/2 tsp blackpepper
  6. Take 2 tbs unsalted butter
  7. Make ready 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions to make Beef Stroganoff:
  1. Clean beef and pat dry.
  2. On medium high heat, saute beef with 2 tbs butter just 3-5 minutes. And set aside.
  3. On other pan, saute onion, garlic and mushroom. Seasoning with salt, sugar, nutmeg and blackpepper. Saute until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and beef broth, and stir it well.
  5. When it start bubbling add leftover butter and beef. Cook for a couple of minutes and sprinkle on top with chopped parsley.
