4. Mix all ingredients. add some milk and mix by cut and fold method.if required add more milk.
5. Take cake pan.grease it.pour mix in it.Tap the pan. pre heat oven, bake it 25-35 min.Then check from a toothpic.
6. Cool it. take out from pan. cut and serve.Garnish with chocolate syrup and candy.
