  1. Seive the maida and powdered sugar so that lumps will not come. Add clarified butter and milk -mix and make smooth paste.
  2. Add baking powder, baking soda mix well for 15minutes. Then add vanilla essence. Grease the pan transfer the mixture to cake vessel.
  3. Preheat cooker with sand for 10 minute. Put a stand and place the cake vessel having cake batter. Close the lid without wait of cooker. Bake on sim heat upto 40 minutes. Poke and see the cake with knife. If there is no batter stick to knife. Cake is done. Turn of heat. Let it cool.
  4. When it cools take out cake. CAKE IS READY. Garnish with cherries if you wish.
