The ingredients needed to make Roasted Red Hot Chutney:
  1. Make ready tomatoes
  2. Prepare dry red chillies
  3. Make ready garlic
  4. Prepare & 1/2 tsp salt
  5. Make ready medium size onions
  6. Make ready & 1/2 tsp cummin seed
  7. Make ready crushed roasted Cummin seeds
  8. Take &1/4 th cup oil
Instructions to make Roasted Red Hot Chutney:
  1. Finely chop tomatoes & slice up onions, and Peel off garlic. Soak dry red chillies in hot water for 15min.
  2. Coarse grind 4-5tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp cummin seeds, garlic & red chillies.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and add cummin seeds, onion fry it 3mins and then after 3mins take onions out in a separate bowl.
  4. Now add finely ground chilli paste in oil and bonify it for 2mins, after 2mins add chopped tomatoes, roasted cummin seeds and salt in it and again bonify 2-3 mins, add soute onion into it, cover it cook it and wait till tomatoes get ready. Your red hot Chutney is ready to serve.
