  2. Heat a dosa tawa and pour some batter and spread over as dosa. Add mayonnaise, Schezwan chutney (optional) veggies and mix on dosa.
  3. Add 1/2 -1 tspn of butter, salt and mix with veggies and spread over dosa. Drizzle oil from sides of dosa. Grate cheese over veggies and cover lid and cook for 3-5 mins.
  4. If not added Schezwan chutney earlier drizzle some peri peri masala over dosa and serve hot
