The ingredients needed to make Roasted Corn:
  1. Make ready 1 Cob of Corn
  2. Take 1/2 lemon remove it's seeds
  3. Get 1/2 Teaspoon red chilli powder

Steps to make Roasted Corn:
  1. Take a small bowl and combine the Chilli power, salt, chaat masala powder and lemon juice.
  2. Now switch on the gas and roast the Corn Cob from both the sides till black spot appears.
  3. Now turn off the gas and when the Corn Cob is roasted then apply butter over it.
  4. Now take a lemon halve and dip them in our prepared mix and spread it or rub on the corn for twice. Then it's ready to eat enjoy.
