The ingredients needed to make Pasta Extraordinaire:
Get 500 g spaghetti
Take Bottom layer
Prepare 1 tsp crushed garlic
Take 1 cup cubed chicken fillet

Prepare To taste @inapaarmanskitchen Cajun spice
Get To taste @inapaarmanskitchen chilli and garlic spice
Get 1 tbsp Mixed herbs
Prepare 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Get 1 sachet All Gold Tomato and Basil pasta sauce*
Make ready White Sauce
Make ready 2 cups milk
Take 1 cup water
Get 2 tbsp butter
Take 3 tbsp lancewood sweet chilli cream cheese
Get to taste Salt
Take to taste pepper
Get to taste lemon pepper
Prepare to taste cajun spice
Prepare to taste mixed herbs
Prepare 1 tblsp Nando's medium sauce
Take 2 tblsp flour
Make ready 1/4 cup cheese, grated
Steps to make Pasta Extraordinaire:
Boil pasta till al dente
Saute garlic in Olive oil
Add chicken and spices (Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, chilli powder, cajun spice, chilli and garlic spice, mixed herbs) and cook till chicken is done
Thereafter add the mayonnaise and the All Gold sachet and mix through
Layer this at the bottom of a Pyrex dish
For the white sauce: Heat all ingredients (milk, water, butter, lancewood sweet chilli cream cheese, Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, cajun spice, mixed herbs, Nando's medium sauce) on the stove, once almost boiling, whisk in 2 tblsp flour ensuring no lumps and then add about 1/4 cup cheese (can add more if want it extra cheesy)
Mix white sauce through the pasta and layer over chicken layer.
Slice jalapenos and layer over
Finish with a layer of cheese and grill in oven when ready to serve to melt cheese.
