Steps to make Kale, walnut and anchovy pasta:
  1. Cook pasta in a large pan with a little oil and plenty of salt
  2. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a large pan and sauté chopped onions, finely chopped garlic, chillis, chopped anchovies until soft and flavours are melted together
  3. Roughly chop cavelo nero
  4. Add cavelo nero to onion mix & sauté with a little pasta water until cooked but with a little bite
  5. Toast walnuts and grate Parmesan.
  6. When the pasta is cooked, save a cup of the cooking water, then drain.
  7. Add pasta to pan with a little cooking water, season. Let all the flavours meld together
  8. Serve with walnuts, Parmesan, extra chilli and drizzling with olive oil
