  4. Add in your carrots and continue stirring for 2 mins then pour in water(not much just to make the carrots soft) after 3 mins add in the Scotch bonnet, seasoning, and spices and continue stirring until the veggies are tender
  5. On low heat add corn flour to the pan to make it thick then add in the fried potatoes and stir
  6. Add your scrambled egg and turn off heat
