  2. Add melted ghee and salt and mix well.
  3. Mash boiled potatoes.
  4. Add boiled potatoes in flour mixture.
  5. Mix all well and knead a dough.
  6. Take out some dough and make fingers from it.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry fingers till golden brown in colour.
  8. Soak extra oil from tissue paper and enjoy crispy potato kurkure.
