The ingredients needed to make Fish 65:
  1. Make ready 1 kg fillets fish
  2. Prepare 1 tablespoon cornflour
  3. Prepare Pinch orange red food colour
  4. Make ready 1 lemon juice
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready 1 teaspoon salt
  7. Get 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. Take 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder (homemade)
  10. Take as required Oil for frying
  11. Take as needed Coriander leaves & lemon for garnishing
Steps to make Fish 65:
  1. Firstly wash and chop the fish fillets for about 2-inch pieces.
  2. Now simply mix all dry spices & ginger garlic paste together mentioned above and make a thick paste including corn flour & 1/2 lemon juice.
  3. Further marinate the chopped fillets nicely and set aside covered for around 30 minutes.
  4. Heat up the oil in big Kadai set it on medium flame burner while the oil is hot drop each fillet piece one after the other making sure not to overlap and don’t stir or flip immediately give 3-4 minutes then flip to another side when it turns nice golden & crispy both sides remove it.gradually prepare all in similar fashion
  5. Serve it hot and garnish with lemon & coriander leaves now enjoy it as a stater dish or as it is much on the tempting & unstoppable to grab it & eat once it is ready tastes too Awesome !!!!
