Beans green peas poriyal is one of my favourite poriyal recipes. My mom makes this as side dish for keerai sambar and more kuzhambu. Its a very simple and tasty recipe without onion and garlic. Includes beans, lentils, peas and other little seeds referred to as lentils or beans.

Instructions to make Beans-Peas Curry:
  1. In a Microwave bowl add peas, cut beans and add. Wash properly. Into add chopped Tomato and Onion. Mix well and microwave it for 5 mins.
  2. Meanwhile in another bowl put buttermilk. Into add Besan and stir properly to avoid lumps. In a small tadka pan put some oil. As oil get heated add Ajwain and Hing.
  3. Add tadka and Besan batter into the vegetables once done. Mix all together. Microwave it for another 10 mins.
  4. After 10 mins take out from Microwave. Stir it one and keep it againg for anonther 5 mins. After 5 mins take it out and Garnish it with Coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot with Chapati. Enjoy Meal!
