Steps to make Redcurrent berry chia choco cups:
  1. Berry chia jam Put the red berries and sugar into a saucepan over a medium heat.
  2. Mash the berries as they begin to heat up. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.Add chia seeds & mix it.
  3. Once the jam has reached room temperature transfer it to the fridge for an hour to set.
  4. Chocolate cups - Set out the liners in a mini muffin tin(or cupcake molds). Melt chocolate and Spoon about 1 1/2 tsp of the melted chocolate into the bottom. Tilt and twist it around so the chocolate coats the side of the liner and rest it back in the tin.
  5. Repeat with remaining papers and refrigerate for 5 mins to harden. - Remove tin from the freezer then place a teaspoon of chia jam in the center of the hardened chocolate.
  6. Top the jam filling with about 1 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate, tap on the countertop to flatten out the top. Transfer to the feezer for at least 10 mins to set.
  7. Your healthy choco cups are ready to eat!! Tip- use dark chocolate if you wish to make vegan choco cups instead milk chocolate.
