  1. Make ready 12 lasagna noodles
  2. Make ready 15 oz cottage cheese
  3. Make ready .5 c parmesan cheese
  4. Take 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  5. Take Nonstick cooking spray
  6. Make ready 24 oz pasta sauce
  7. Prepare 10 oz thawed & squeezed frozen spinach (or can substitute meat)
  8. Take 2 cup shreaded mozzarella cheese
Steps to make Skillet Lasagna:
  1. Cook noodles per package directions
  2. Mix cottage cheese &.25 cup of parmesan cheese & italian seasoning
  3. Spray skillet with cooking spray but do not turn on
  4. Pour.5 jar of pasta sauce in skillet
  5. Top with 4 noodles
  6. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture then half the spinach and half the mozzarella cheese
  7. Repete - noodle, cottage cheese, spinach, mozzarella
  8. Top with the last 4 noodles then the rest of the sauce & parmesan cheese
  9. Cover, place on medium-low & cook for 20 minutes. Cheese should be melted & sauce bubbling
  10. Turn heat off. Allow to sit 5 minutes covered & serve
