Paneer Cheese Croquettes is easy to make and yummy to taste. Take out of the oven and arrange on a plate, then sprinkle with parsley. Swirl the crème fraiche and sweet chilli sauce together and serve with the croquettes. Steps to make Cheese garlic paneer croquette:
  1. First cut paneer into 4 pieces vertically and then cut horizontally each piece. So make 8 pieces same size and same thickness. Now put green chilli sauce each top of 4 pieces.
  2. Cut each cheese slices into 4. Put 2 pieces of cheese slices on top of 4 paneer slices.
  3. Now put honey, oregano, pepper, chilli on each of slices. Put other fours paneer slices on top of masala paneer slices. Insert toothpick to each. It helps to coating and frying actually.
  4. First mix cheese and butter. Then add flour and spoon wise add milk and make a thick batter. Add rest of spices.
  5. Cover each of paneer slices with batter first.
  6. Then cover with bread crumbs. Keep them in refrigerator for 1 hr.
  7. Fry them medium to high heat untill golden. Soaked extra oil on paper towel.
  8. Paneer and cheese makes a perfect evening delicacy.
  9. Served hot with any spicy chutney.
