  2. Take yogurt
  3. Get water

  1. Add yogurt and water to semolina and mix well. Rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Add red chilli powder, salt and 1 teaspoon oregano to it. Mix well.
  3. Preheat oven@180°C.
  4. Add baking powder and baking soda to mixture. Gently mix in one direction.
  5. Grease a baking pan with oil.
  6. Add half of mixture to pan. Add half of capsicum, onion and tomatoes to it. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
  7. Pour remaining mixture over it. Top with remaining capsicum, onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle remaining oregano.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  9. Serve.
