  1. Clean the fish and pat dry with kitchen towel

  5. Place the fish on top
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice
  8. Place slices of lemon over the fish
  9. Sprinkle the capers
  10. Bake in the oven at 200 Deg c for 25 mins or until the fish is cooked through and the skin pulls away easily
  11. Serve with some lemon Mayonnaise and new potatoes
