  3. Reduce heat to medium heat and cook uncover for about 10 minutes or till liquid is almost all absorbed, stirring occasionally
  4. Reduce heat again to low and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or so, stirring frequently
  5. When all liquid is absorb, cover and remove from heat.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before stirring and serving
  7. Great with any grilled meat, fish or seafood
  8. You can double the quantities if needed
