  2. Make ready 2 cups water

  6. Take 1/4 of a small to medium yellow onion
  7. Make ready 2 tablespoons oil

  2. Pour 2 cups of water into a blender. Add 1 roma tomato, about 1/4 of a small/medium yellow onion, 1/2 tablespoon of knorr caldo de pollo, 1/2 cube of knorr caldo de tomate and blend. Pour mixture into rice cooker.
  3. In a small pan on medium heat add oil. Once the oil is hot add in the rice and stir frequently until rice is golden and fragrant.
  4. Take the rice off heat and carefully pour it onto the rice cooker. Stir. Close the lid and turn on.
  5. Once rice is done stir and serve.
