  1. Prepare 4 cup rice, COLD
  2. Take 2 eggs scrambled, then diced
  3. Take 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  4. Take 1/2 cup onions, minced
  5. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  6. Get 2 tbsp soy sauce, los sodium

He called it "peanut butter" because mixed together, it looks just like creamy peanut butter. Ingredients: oil egg butter minced garlic short grain rice green onion soy sauce carrot (optional, not included) peas (optional, not included) bean sprouts. I had a request to make Japanese fried rice so that is what I am going to do.

Steps to make Hibachi style Japanese rice:
  1. I usually fix my rice the night before or early in the day.
  2. I took my hand and broke up COLD RICE so it was in individual kernals before I began …..
  3. beat the egg in a mixing bowl. scramble eggs in a little butter. put back in bowl.. the heat from the egg will cook the remainder in the bowl .. dice the eggs into bite size pieces …. mix peas and carrots…. put in onion. mix well in mixing bowl
  4. melt 1 1/2 TSP of butter either in a non stick skillet or wok..
  5. add veggies & onion mixture. leave on Med high…..stir constantly until onions are getting tender. add rice….stir to coat… heat through … add egg back in.
  6. mix 2 tbsp soy sauce ..s&p.. and constantly stir… add minced garlic and 2 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce
  7. stir constantly for 6-8 minutes…
  8. stir constantly while adding sauce…

Ingredients: oil egg butter minced garlic short grain rice green onion soy sauce carrot (optional, not included) peas (optional, not included) bean sprouts. I had a request to make Japanese fried rice so that is what I am going to do. I don't own a hibachi style grill like they use in the restaurants so I am just using a skillet, but the results are pretty much the same. Japanese fried rice is really easy to make if I can make it you can make it, let's get started. Crispy rice and stir-fried veggies are seasoned up with sake-soy sauce and served with smoky tofu bacon to make this scrumptious vegan Japanese fried rice!
