  22. Prepare 2 tbsp white vinegar
Steps to make Cauliflower Fried Rice:
  1. Soak 2 cups of water for 30min.Drain water and cook it with little salt and 1 tsp oil with 4 cups of water.
  2. Meanwhile marinate the cauliflower florets with soya sauce salt and ginger garlic.Let it sit for 15min atlest.
  3. After 15mints coat the florets with a thick batter made from corn flour,maida,salt,chilli powder.And deep fry or grill it.And keep it separately.
  4. In a hot kadai heat oil.add the gingergarlic and chopped vegetables and in high flame give a quick stir.Now add the sauces (schezwan,soya,tomato)
  5. Add to it white vinegar and give a quick stir and add the gobi florets to it and then the cooked rice.Keeping the flame high give quick stir and fry it to bring all together. Add little pepper powder and give it a final fry.
  6. Serve it hot with any side dish of your choice or eat it as it is.
