  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and chillis. Add coriander. Saute for few minutes.(must still look raw) transfer to a plate. Let it cool completely.
  2. Add cooked ingredients into blender, add lemon juice, yogurt and salt. Blend into a paste. Sprinkle water if needed.
