  5. Cool the mixture. Roll out small rotis from the dough. Keep some apple filling in the centre. Grate some chocolate over it and cover the roti in the shape of a Karanji. Rub some water on the edges and press the edges using a mould or with the help of a fork.
  6. Bake these karanji in a pre heated oven at 200° for 18 to 20 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve immediately.
