Get 1 small pot Babaganoush Hummus (optional, from the Supermarket)
Make ready Gherkins: Sour Sweet pickled Gherkins, sliced thinly
Get 1 platter garnish with Lettuce, Arugula, sliced tomato&cucumber
Prepare 1 stalk fresh herb Rosemary as garnish
Get Frozen savoury Potato Chips (image)(not much left in my freezer)
Make ready 3 tbs Grated Parmensan cheese
Make ready 1 large Baking tray, grease with 1 tbs vege oil

In a large bowl put the Minced Beef, salt, black pepper, Soy Sauce Kikkoman, Worcestershire Sauce,Tomato Sauce, pre-fried Onions, Parsley: mix with a big spoon then continue to mix by 2 big spoons or by hands as it's easier to mix.Then add the beaten egg mixture (beat egg with a fork,add salt,black pepper on the egg, lastly beat with 2 Tbs of milk)& mix all together.Then add a few handful of Breadcrumbs or more breadcrumb, mix all by hand until well combined & easier to shape (not too compact).
Divide in 6 big portion and shape into a rounded ball's shape. Set aside.
In a baking tray, grease with 1 tbs Vege oil. Flatten the meat ball with both palms of the hands, then put the meat onto the tray. Repeat doing to all the meat balls.
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celcius.Put the tray in the oven&at the same time turn down the temp into 200 degrees Celcius.Bake 13' keep watching then turn over the Burger to other side; if the temp is too hot then turn down again the temp to 180 degrees Celcius and continue to bake for 2' (don't let the Burger be burnt,so keep on checking).When the Burger is cook then turn off the oven, remove the tray; lift out the Burgers&place them onto a flat plate,garnish with Lettuce,Arugula,Tomato slices.
To serve: cut the Bread rolls in half, spread the base bread with Butter,on top put Lettuce/Arugula spread Dijonnaise Mustard or Burger Sauce, then on top put Red Onions ring slices,Tomato,Gherkins pieces, Green Capsicum,Jalapeno, a slice of Cheese, then topped with the baked Burger and lastly top with other half of the Bread roll.π
In the mean time preheat oven to 220 degrees Celcius.Splash 1 tbs oil on a small Baking tray, put the Potato Chips.Put the tray in the oven, reduce temp to 200degrees Celcius and bake for 15'.When the Potato Chips are cooked, remove tray from the oven, sprinkle with Parmensan Cheese. Serve the Burger with bread, side dish with baked savoury Potato Chips. On side corner of the serving plate put 1 tbs of Tomato Sauce and a little of Babaganoush Hummus.π
